Founder / Director
Dean is a proactive, forward thinking Chartered Building Surveyor, specialising in project management. A member of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, Dean has extensive private and public sector experience across the full range of sectors and building types. Dean brings a calm, down to earth, pragmatic approach to his work whilst maintaining a keen attention to detail. His approachable persona has enabled transparent communications with project teams and built long-term trust from clients.
His track record includes leading new build, heavy cut and carve, refurbishment and fit out projects at each stage of the project life cycle, whilst also being responsible for leading multi-year portfolio programmes of works up to £30m, with expertise extending to professional building surveying consultancy services.
